Back in March 2017, Liz was invited by the History Department and the Government & Politics Society (GAPS) to talk about life as an MP. Liz, MP for Leicester West, spoke to the girls passionately about making a change to the UK and how they can become involved in politics. She was also delighted to reunite with staff who had taught her, in particular her former History teacher, Mike DeSilva.
